Maybe that is how your industry works, but for someone like me who rarely sees these things, it was about the most impressive thing I could have seen. For someone in that business for over 20 years to say things like “these plans are a contractor’s best friend” and “the level of detail inherent in these plans leaves nothing to the imagination” reinforced our decision to work with you rather than having used his suggested architect.

I am a residential developer in Westchester, NY and hired ROAM to design and develop plans for a partial tear down, new custom home. There were many complicated elements of the existing home, and many town code restrictions due to wetland and property setbacks, that made it difficult to design the new home, but ROAM was up to the task.
